This is the account-deletion page for OneRoof, the roofing CRM and mobile app from One Roof Labs. You can use it whether or not you still have the app installed — you do not need to sign in.

Enter the email address you use for OneRoof. We’ll send you a link that confirms you control the mailbox, and the link will walk you through exactly what gets deleted before anything happens.

If an account exists for that address, we’ve sent a link to it. The link works once and expires in one hour. Check your spam folder if it hasn’t arrived in a few minutes.

Nothing has been deleted yet. Opening the link shows you exactly what will be removed and asks you to confirm.

You asked to delete your OneRoof account. Read what happens, then type the confirmation word. This cannot be undone.

Your OneRoof account has been deleted. Your credentials, your personal data and any mailbox or calendar data OneRoof had stored for you are gone from our live systems, and you have been signed out everywhere. A confirmation has been emailed to you.

Encrypted backups are rotated on a fixed schedule and any residual copies age out with them. You do not need to do anything else.

Your deletion request has been recorded. Your account is the last owner of its company, so deleting it on its own would leave that company with nobody in charge. A person at One Roof Labs finishes this one by hand.

We will complete it within 30 days and email you when it is done. If you would rather it happen sooner, sign in to OneRoof and transfer ownership to another member first — once you are not the last owner, deletion is immediate.
